Industry leading package and benefits
Pegasus is one of the UK’s leading integrated communications agencies. Specialising in health and more specifically, in ‘inspiring healthy decisions’ we help some of the world’s biggest brands and/or ambitious clients to deliver big ideas and far-reaching campaigns across all industries and channels. Our 130+ specialists span earned and owned channels, technologies, and audiences ranging from consumers to healthcare professionals.
We are looking for an experienced, senior communications operator with expertise in consumer healthcare, to take over the interim lead of a number of key accounts and assist the team in continuing to grow and expand our already impressive portfolio.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to build swift, excellent, deep client relationships (akin to those already in place) and be considered by your current clients as a true partner and trusted advisor. This role will be fast paced, with multiple projects on the go at any one time so stamina and the ability to expertly multi-task will also be a must. You will also need to have excellent communication abilities as well as the need to enjoy a challenge and be able to find solutions to complex problems. You will be an ultimate self-starter, creative and collaborative in your approach, naturally inquisitive and tireless in your pursuit for accuracy and quality. But most importantly you need to be committed to delivering programmes that drive measurable outcomes, in line with our company mission.
In terms of experience, you will have an extensive background in the health/consumer sector within a communications agency setting. You will need to be comfortable shaping and leading communications programmes, targeting multiple stakeholders and using multiple channels to inspire behaviour change. You will also be experienced in effectively managing large budgets and leading teams.
